| Lady Medical Officer: 02 | between 18 to 37 years | possess MBBS Degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India & Registered with the Punjab Medical Council/ Medical Council of India |
| Dialysis Technician: 01 | between 18 to 37 years | 10+2 or equivalent, Diploma in Dialysis Technician from recognized Institution |
Application Fees : Candidates should have to pay Rs. 1500/- (Rs. 750/- for SC/ ST candidates) for S.No-1 & 2, Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/ ST candidates) for S.No-3 through Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot payable at Faridkot.
